Defaulters Submitted Pan but Unable to Trace
It’s time for the typical man to convert investigator and make some cash. Central Excise (Ahmedabad-1) has released a variety of defaulters and those who provide office details on their places will make 5 % of the defaulter’s debts as compensate.

According to a Central Excise resource, “Unable to find about 80 defaulters as on Nov 30, 2011, the Central Excise has created a variety of situations falling under the type of ‘Defaulters not traceable’. The source included that the name of the informers who carry details of the defaulters will be kept secret so that they do not deal with any risk or problems later.
The quantity of 81 defaulters is around Rs 28 crore wherein most of the defaulters are authorized as proprietorship or organization. Of the 81 defaulters, there are six organizations that have late obligation of more than Rs 1 crore. In the variety there are also organizations or organizations that have PAN (Permanent Consideration Number), yet the Middle Excise has not been able to find them.

A mature formal said, “It is unexpected for us too as some of the defaulting organizations have presented their PAN, still the office has not been able to find them. It is indeed unexpected as the office has such a enormous system and deal with confirmation of some of these companies/proprietorship organizations.”

The companies/firms that have late more than Rs 1 crore involve Anu Fabric Generators Pvt Ltd  & others, Singhal Cotton Generators & Others, Ramesh Shivam Purohit, Bhairvi Exim Pvt Ltd, and Badridas Sevadas. Reflection tried to get in touch with Primary Commissioner (Customs) Lipika Majumdar Roy Choudhury, but she was out of stock for thoughts.
